Sherri Weed

Chief Operations Officer

Sherri is an experienced Operations Manager with over 25 years of tenure with Market Force. She initially started as a field scheduler and now manages all operational facets. She manages and executes Mystery Shopping, Compliance Audits, Merchandising, and In-Field Market Research.

Scott Griffith


Scott has been an executive in the CX and performance management space for 22 years. He cofounded a Canadian CX firm that was later acquired by Market Force in 2011. He leads the global marketing and sales teams at Market Force and the innovation function, and plays a key role in overall brand strategy.

Jeff DePiazza

Chief Technology Officer

Jeff is a results-driven technology professional with extensive experience leading teams, implementing and overseeing technology programs, and administration of multi-million dollar budgets. Jeff has twenty plus years of success in planning, directing and implementing innovative information technology solutions.

Senior Director, Customer Success and Analytics

Subbu serves as a lead analyst for development of models, building optimal performance solutions’ scope and designing end-to-end programs. Subbu has vast experience in casual dining and QSR consulting. He received his PhD in Finance from the University of Colorado.
