App allows mystery shoppers to find and complete assignments on the go

LOUISVILLE, Colo., June 2, 2016 — Market Force Information® (Market Force), a leader in customer experience management, is making mystery shopping more convenient and accessible than ever with Eyes:OnTM, a new mobile app that allows shoppers to view available assignments in their immediate area, select their desired assignments and submit shopping reports — all from their mobile devices.

Market Force is the world’s largest mystery shopping provider, with more than 400,000 mystery shoppers across the globe who visit restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, clothing stores and other retailers, and report back on elements such as service, food quality and cleanliness. Mystery shoppers are reimbursed for assignment-related purchases (such as meals, gas and services) and can earn additional income for completing shops. Businesses use the feedback to better understand the customer experience in their stores and make targeted improvements.

One of the biggest draws to mystery shopping is the flexibility it offers. The new Eyes:On app makes it even more convenient by enabling mystery shoppers to find and complete assignments directly from their smartphones. Push notifications alert shoppers when there is an available assignment nearby, creating more opportunities to incorporate shopping assignments into their day.

How It Works

Using the new Eyes:On app, Market Force mystery shoppers can view available opportunities within 10 miles of their mobile device or their home address, depending on their location services setting. Opportunities can be viewed in map or list views, and include details on the type of assignment, location, dates and payment or reimbursement amounts. Once a user is deemed qualified for the assignment, they can select and confirm their desired date.

Reports can be easily completed and submitted through the Eyes:On app, and shoppers can upload supporting documentation, such as images, receipts and business cards.

Eyes:On is free and available for iPhone and Android. It can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Registered Market Force mystery shoppers can log-in with their existing shopper accounts, while new shoppers must first register online at www.marketforce.com/become-a-mystery-shopper.
