ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is open only to Market Force Information “Shoppers” who are legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia), or Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Market Force Information, Inc. (the “Sponsor” or “MFI”) and their affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors and agencies, as well as the immediate family members of these entities (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the household of each, are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside of the US and Canada, and/or wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. This Sweepstake is not open to the general public. |

HOW TO ENTER:To self-assign for a McDonald’s Shop you must pass the McDonald’s Certification test. Shops must be approved through MFI’s Quality Control department to qualify for entry. Shoppers will receive one entry into the sweepstakes for each shop they self-assign and complete within the dates specified above. US McDonalds Shop counts as 2 entries and Canada McDonalds Shops count as 3 entries. Sponsor is not responsible for online entries that are not received due to technical/transmission difficulties beyond their reasonable control, as stated in “Limits of Liability” paragraph, below.Beginning on August 1, 2010, and ending on August 31, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”), MFI “Shoppers” are asked to visit the Shopper Portal at http://www.marketforceshopper.com/. Any shopper who self-assigns a shop AND completes that shop during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. All shops qualify for entry. There are two sweepstakes:Sweepstakes #1 1) 20 (twenty) $25 cash prizes 2) All shops qualify and shopper must use the WebFC/Self-Assign3) Each US McDonalds Shops count as 2 (two) sweepstakes entries 4) Canada McDonald’s Shops count as 3 (three) sweepstakes entries Sweepstakes #2 1) Giving away a Grand Prize of $250 2) All shops qualify and shopper must use the WebFC/Self-Assign 3) Complete 4 or more shops to automatically qualify for entry |

AMOE (Alternate Means of Entry): You may also enter by hand-printing your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, birth date, and e-mail address (optional) on a 3″ x 5″ card and mailing it in a hand-printed envelope (no larger than #10, business-size) to: Market Force “August Shopper Sweepstakes”, 625 Panorama Trail (Building 2, Suite 100), Rochester, NY 14625. All mailed entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of any kind will be accepted. Limit one AMOE mail-in entry per day during the Promotion Period. All entries received become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned, nor is the Sponsor responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due or stolen entries. |

PRIZES: There are a total 20 (twenty) $25 cash prizes for sweepstakes #1 and 1 (one) cash prize of $250 for sweepstakes # 2. Total value of all prizes to be awarded is $750. |

DRAWING: The winners will be selected in a random drawing, under the supervision of an Independent Sweepstakes Administrator (the “ISA”), no later than August 7, 2010, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Selected prizewinners will be confirmed in writing, within one week of the drawing date, including details on how to claim their prize. |

PRIZE CONDITIONS: No transfer or substitution of any prize is allowed. Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release to be returned within five (5) days of written notification, or prize award will be void and an alternate winner selected. If prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. If applicable, all federal, state and other taxes, not specifically mentioned previously, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner’s entry and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (where allowable) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. If a chosen winner is a Canadian resident, he/she will be required, per Canadian law, to correctly perform a mathematical skill function, unaided by another person, and unaided by any mechanical device. Failure to correctly perform this requirement will result in that entrant being disqualified. |

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the ISA, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the mechanics of the sweepstakes or the interpretation of these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, participating retailers, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, Internet or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in conjunction with this Sweepstakes, which may limit the ability to participate, or by any printing, human or other error relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, or is impaired or corrupted due to virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of cancellation or termination. |

Sponsor must receive all requests for winner confirmation requests by 30 days after published end date of promotion. |
