  • Nordstrom Top Fashion Brand; Ecommerce Gaining While In-Store Slips

    19 February 2016—A new Market Force study finds that Nordstrom, long considered a customer service legend, is slipping. Using a composite loyalty score based on 5,700 consumers, it says that while Nordstrom scored highest with 58%, that represents an 8% decline from its 2015 score. Discount chains are gaining in loyalty, with Marshalls coming in second, followed by H&M, Ross Dress for Less, Kohl’s and Macy’s.

Market Force's 2016 fashion retailer rankings are out and the annual satisfaction and loyalty report features quite a few new retailers in the top spots, with major department stores like Dillard's and J.C. Penny and off-price retailer T.J. Maxx, falling out of the top five.

    20 January 2016 — In an industry rife with competition, casual dining restaurants are pulling out all the stops to turn patrons into loyal customers.Market Force is out with a new set of restaurant rankings culled from responses of more than 6,700 people. The rankings are based on a composite loyalty index that measures satisfaction with the food quality, service, value and restaurant experience, among other things, and cover five casual dining categories.
